1. Reservations and Payments

• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be made before your stay begins.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will forfeit the booking amount.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 3:00 PM (Seawatch) / 4:00 PM (True Blue)
• Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

5. No Pets or Smoking

• Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited in all properties.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
